EKAABO – Welcome to Lagos, a photo exhibition by Bolaji Alonge – Eyes of a Lagos, opens today at The Scarborough Fair – UK, and continues until July 28.
Alonge’s unique photography style is a mix of documenting everyday life, music, culture, and arts with the focus on Nigeria/African narratives. He captures the essence of Lagos life, showcasing its beauty in its real form.
Welcome to Lagos, will transport you to the bustling streets of the largest city on the African continent seen through the Eyes of a Lagos Boy. Viewers are invited to come and experience Lagos in all its actuality
The exhibition runs daily at the Scarborough Library Community Space.
This is Alonge’s second exhibition in the UK. Two years ago, he showcased Iconic Lagos at the Brighton Fringe, England’s largest arts festival and one o f the largest fringe festivals in the world.
